Second round of shampoo, because Upside-Down brand of dirt is a nightmare in and of itself. “You see your crush die, discover monsters and supernatural stuff exists, go to a different dimension, die, come back to life as a vampire, fight in a literal world-ending war, and, somehow, I’m the one that had it worse?!”

After everything is over and done, Steve is left to find the threads of his life again, not knowing how to move forward from it all. It may take some time, but with the help of his chosen family, he will be fine.

Summary
He's contemplating if his stomach is too sour for a glass of milk when Hikaru wraps around him from behind. He belts one arm around Yoshiki's stomach and grabs the wrist of the hand holding the fridge open.
"Me too," Hikaru murmurs into Yoshiki's ear then bites him on the shoulder. Not hard and through Yoshiki's t-shirt, but Yoshiki can feel every single one of his teeth. How he's smiling with them as he bites Yoshiki.
A sleepover, a visit to the pond, teeth and hunger.

It felt like blowing out the dust of a forgotten photo album. It felt like opening an old book that you had loved when you were younger and stupid.
