Summary
Ushijima has always been a quiet boy. He doesn't want to intimidate others, but his cold apperance and few words leave him unable to rectify his reputation. When he starts high school he assumes it will be the same was as junior high - him on his own, volleyball and his whale plush being his only sources of comfort. But when the strange red haired boy in his class grabs his attention, there is nothing he can do to escape the flames.
A story about self-acceptance, growing closer, and learning to love when any attempt at connection has been cut off involuntarily.
