Oscar held his dagger against the sweat-covered tan skin of Lando's neck. They both heaved, bodies flushed against each other as Oscar pressed the other boy further into the rough bark of the tree behind them.
"I'll fucking kill you with this thing," he spat, his voice low as he softly drew a short line along Lando's neck, deep red blood following the silver metal as Lando's breath hitched. Oscar waited for a response, trying to see through the unreadable expression that grew on the district one boy's face, his green eyes tracing over Oscar's every feature beneath the blade.
"You're... beautiful," Lando finally said.

Summary
“What are you talking about?” Grace's fingers played quick chords as he spoke. He didn’t even look as he did it, but it did not make them any less purposeful.
“Discussing possible reasons why Tau Ceti is not infected while other stars are,” Eva replied deftly. “I would invite you to join, but we were just finishing—”
“Oh, that’s easy.” His hand twisted a knob, and the notes came out sharper. “It is infected—Petrova Line and everything.”
In Grace's opinion, dreaming about time traveling is no excuse for getting out of practice with his Eridian. To the rest of the Petrova Taskforce, it seems a bit odd that their resident Astrophage expert has suddenly taken to carrying a keyboard around and playing it whenever he speaks. Eva Stratt resolves to figure out what is going on.

Summary
Lando chuckles, leaning in slightly as if to share a secret. His eyes gleam with mischief, and Oscar can feel the tension building, like he’s about to be dragged into another one of Lando’s schemes.
“Alright, alright,” Lando says, finally giving in, though the grin never leaves his face. “But don’t be too mad with me, okay?”
Oscar raises an eyebrow, crossing his arms. “Why do I get the feeling I’m going to regret this?”
“Because you might,” Lando replies, a teasing edge in his voice. He pauses for dramatic effect, then says, “You’re heading to Love Island, mate.”
For a moment, Oscar thinks he’s misheard. “What?” he asks, his voice flat, almost hoping this is all part of some joke he hasn’t caught onto yet.
Lando’s grin only widens. “I signed you up for Love Island.”
