Peter's voice whittles down to a high pitched whistle, forgetting that he needs to breathe to continue creating more sound.
After a few more agonizing seconds during which Peter weighs the possibilities that he just gave his mentor and the savior of the world a heart attack, Mr. Stark looks up at him, eyes suddenly wide.
A beat passes.
"What's your teacher's name again?"
AKA, Ryland Grace and Tony Stark hooked up in college. This is fine, until 20 years later, Peter Parker gets involved. It's all downhill from there.

Velma's been acting... strange. Has been ever since the day she wore that ugly sweater to school and tried to break into Brenda's locker, claiming it was her own.
Marcie's not stupid. She sees the way that Velma squints just. All the time now. How she still wears that same sweater even though it's been weeks and it’s starting to smell. How she looks at Marcie like she's seeing a ghost.
It's been two weeks since Velma started flinching every time Marcie touches her, but leans into the touch of Daphne Blake of all people. A popular who Velma wouldn't have given the time of day to before.
And it's not just Velma. It's Daphne too, who yelps every time her BFF Alice May tries to talk to her. And Fred Chiles, who doesn't respond when Gary shouts his last name through the halls anymore. And Norville Rogers, who brings his dog to school as if it's not totally against the rules. And the dog too, Scooby, who Marcie is pretty sure has a canine vocal system and shouldn't be making sounds like that.
It's well. It's as if Velma woke up one day with a new past. And maybe the other three did too, because none of them seem put off by Velma's sudden imagined intimacy.

In an ethical way, ofcourse. He's a villain, not a monster. But as days and weeks passed, the more Mumbo really wants to kill the so called CrowFather. Seriously, who doesn't report their kid missing or even attempt to try and find him?
Whatever, Mumbo will step in, since the other clearly doesn't care about his son.

The friends he left back home miss him, Mumbo's college friends (cough, frat bros, cough) keep pestering him, and his new friendship with a certain scarred individual is developing in a way he never expected.
Will he be able to shake off the meddling redstoners? What will happen when there are two potential romances blossoming on either side of him? And will these baristas ever stop texting each other and just make me my goddamn soy-milk capuccino?

“As would I…” Martin said.
Jon took a deep breath, and he nodded slowly. “Camelot it is, then.”
