Grian knew a lot of things.
He knew how to cook for a crew of 60 people. He knew how to clean and scrub the deck until his arms went numb. He knew how to avoid being the crew's punching bag for the night. He knew when to shut up and do what he was told.

Summary
Grian has a maddening long term crush on his co-worker and friend Scar. Scar is developing a budding crush on the city's new hero, Cuteguy, after he saved him, or rather his alter ego, Hotguy. Grian has no idea why everyone seems to fawn over Hotguy, and frankly its quite annoying at this point and so is the hero himself, especially now that he finds himself working alongside the boastful and flirtatious hero after accidentally taking up the mantle of Cuteguy after a good deed and a misunderstanding.
