“Can’t talk,” Kacchan grunts as Izuku gapes at him, voice so low and raspy that it’s almost inaudible. There’s something strange about it – like he’s trying to purposefully speak from deep in his throat. “Quirk incident, I’m fine, gonna take a nap.”
Every word is clipped, pushed out in a rush. His shoulders bunch up around his ears as he ducks his head and tries to scoot past Izuku, and there’s something just so off about his…everything. It could be because of his bowed head, but it almost seems like he’s not even standing as tall as he usually does.
All that aside, though – Quirk incident?!
Or: Kacchan gets turned into a girl, which is great news for Izuku since he desperately needs some help in the Complete Lack of Sexual Experience Department and is obviously completely and totally straight. Obviously. Obviously! ...Right?

"Just the two of us," Izuku continues in a low tone, eyes desperate as they take in every line of Katsuki's features. His voice wanes a bit. "On a date, or just existing. That's why your mood was so devastating; why his hands on you were so unforgiving. Do you get me now? You see me?"

Izuku stares at her. And then he fucking laughs. The sudden sound making Recovery Girl wince.
“Good one,” he manages finally, wiping at his face. “Wow. For a second there I thought you were about to tell me I was dying.” He inhales, still smiling.
“But no, seriously,” he adds, voice lighter now, “What’s wrong with me?”
Recovery Girl doesn’t smile.
“Yes, seriously. You are pregnant.”
Izuku’s smile disappears.
“What.”
Or,
Pro heroes Deku and Dynamight get hit by an aphrodisiac quirk. But no big deal, it’s not like it’s their first time. When you’re a pro hero in a world full of mysterious quirks, you stop asking what even counts as normal anymore. Besides, it’s not their first time fucking it out either.
