Summary
Charlie works the night shift at an almost empty café.
Between hot cups and the yellow glow of the lamps, there is a box where strangers leave anonymous notes: confessions, secrets, little fragments of their lives.
Nick is a young teacher who has just arrived in town. He spends his nights grading tests and trying to cope with expectations that always seem heavier than he can bear. Despite everything, he cares deeply about his students, noticing details that no one else notices. Inside his mind, he has little pieces of his life and fears that he would never have the courage to express aloud.
