In Halloween Town, Lando Norris is the King of Halloween: impulsive, creative, eccentric, and a bit macabre. Everyone respects and fears him, not only for his leadership, but for the bloody and exaggerated stories that circulate about him—they say that at midnight on October 31st, the King of Halloween drags innocent souls to populate his kingdom of the dead. In truth, Lando never killed any children, but... he never bothered to deny the rumors. After all, fear fueled his crown.
Meanwhile, in the human world, Oscar Piastri grew up hearing these legends. Unlike most, he could never laugh at them. Since childhood, he was haunted by the fear of the "King of Halloween," the monster who came to take little children. Even as an adult, he still carried this unease whenever October 31st approached.

Not knowing much about the current season, he just watches… until his gaze lands on a solitary man across the paddock. He has a serious expression, headphones resting around his neck, and eyes lost on the track. There was something intriguing in the way he looked — like he carried the weight of the world and still managed to find beauty in speed.
Lando takes a photo of him. A spontaneous click. He didn’t know who he was — he just thought he looked beautiful. Sweet. Intense. He posted it later with the caption:
