Summary
I generally prefer to write slash. I skew toward m/m because there aren’t a lot of fictional female characters I’m interested in writing about. In part becuase there’s just a lack of good female characters, but also because when I do find a female character I like, it’s usually in a show where I’m happy with the character’s canon.
Back in the day, I started with one fandom and didn’t branch out for the longest time (read: about 5 years) but then I discovered the mighty crossover. I am a crossover whore. I was incepted to all other fandoms through some crossover route, and now I have more fandoms than I can keep up with!
I prefer to read slash, but read a lot of gen, too. Not much het—for a variety of reasons that don’t have anything to do with it being het. But more some of the stuff that goes along with. I have to know the writer to go there.
I don’t really have any OTPs. More like a set of NoTPs — Like Ginny/Harry (shudders). I guess you could say I have OTCs (One True Character). I focus on that one character that captures my attention and then read them with just about anyone (sans family members!).

The Wild Hare Project is a writing collective, a place carved out on the Internet for writers to explore their craft with no deadlines, no ticking clocks, and no expectations.
Here, the writer comes first and always will. It’s not designed like traditional archives because it’s not an archive. Writers are welcome to house their work on site as long as they desire but we focus on the writing and not the reading.
Readers are welcome, of course, but participation is limited and commenting is moderated. As we are a positive-feedback oriented community, anything that does not meet our community standards will be deleted without notification.
