    Eijirou had always hated these types of missions. Busting omega and alpha selling rings always made his heart hurt. He felt terrible for these poor people, always kept locked up in metal cages that reeked and looked so uncomfortable. They always needed intense therapy, and a lot never fully recovered. He always tried to check up on them at the shelter they had put in place.

    A few, though, made it out. They lived happy lives, had families, and reunited with family. Those were his favorite to visit. They were always so happy. It made this all worth it.

    He was always, always, called to these missions. They said he “had a way with people”. He was good at calming the stressed out victims, apparently. He had been voted “the people's hero” last year in some magazine, and he guessed this was a reason why.

    To present as a blue omega in Izuku Midoriya's birth pack was an offense punishable by death. Blue omegas are considered the scum of the gene pool. As soon as they're discovered, they are killed to prevent the bloodline from continuing. When Izuku presents as one, it seems death will be his fate, as well. Luckily, Izuku manages to escape his pack and its cruel leader, Alpha Toshinori. He finds a new pack, one much more accepting of his presentation, that welcomes him as one of their own.

    While life in this new pack is peaceful, Izuku still must face the fear that his old pack is still searching for him. His attraction to an alpha in his new pack, Katsuki Bakugou, also complicates matters.

    Izuku hopes he can just move on and live a somewhat normal life... If he can.
