Sam and Bucky had been dating for about 2 years and if Sam had to say his favorite thing about Bucky it would probably cheesy about his smile or hair of something, but if you asked him about what his favorite thing about the Super Soldier Serum it would have to be the enhanced hormones. The serum caused Bucky to be super horny more often then a regular person. (Steve had a similar problem that Tony took care of.) Sam just happened to reap the benefits of it as his partner.
Sam shouldn't have teased him about the hormones', now he has to suffer.
