Summary
Evan Buckley is larger than life. He is the face seen on every blockbuster movie poster, the lead actor of every big TV drama of the past 10 years. Fans adore him due to his bubbly personality, deep commitment to philanthropic enterprises, and… you know… he’s a bit of a sight for sore eyes.
Buck doesn’t know how he got here, really. It all started when he was 18, playing the titular role of Hamlet in a travelling theatre troupe. Apparently, an agent was in the audience, attempting to scout for untapped talent. After several rounds of auditions and a boatload of networking, he was soon considered the Next Big Thing.
Suddenly, his face was everywhere, and he couldn’t leave the house without dozens of adoring fans flocking to his side. Autographs, selfies, kissing babies. These all became regular occurrences for Evan ‘Buck’ Buckley.
To be clear, Buck loves his fans. He loves the messages he receives from them, those who truly resonate with his work. He’s never been adored in his life.
But… he’s 28 now. And he’s never felt lonelier.

Summary
“Oh… wow. You really know how to make this,” Eddie murmured between mouthfuls, eyes closed, as he continuously pointed at his plate. “You want another baby?”
Buck and Eddie never meant to have a child together. Really.
It wasn’t planned and it wasn’t even a choice, more an act of survival than desire. But after one heat and an emergency that left them with only one option, they’re now raising a little girl as best friends who never, ever talk about what happened.
That is, until Eddie makes one casual joke over lunch, and suddenly Buck isn’t so sure the past is as buried as he thought it was.

Summary
‘You’re in the hospital.’ His sister–what was her name?--supplied. ‘There was an accident at work.’
Work? Where did he work again? In the clouds? Maybe he fell from one of them.
‘Did you want me to get Eddie?’
A warm feeling bloomed in his chest. Eddie…yes that word was familiar. He nodded, slowly.
His sister smiled softly and squeezed his hand. His eyelids drooped, heavy.
‘You rest.’ Her voice was soft. ‘Eddie will be here when you wake.’
