mark nods. he doesn’t sit yet.
“this is lee donghyuck. he’s transferring here from sinchon high. he's a pretty smart guy, however we’ve had… several reports of behavioral concerns.” the principal glances at the file on his desk like it personally offended him. “however, since you’ve proven yourself as a reliable leader, we’re assigning you as his peer advisor.”
mark’s throat tightens. “what does that mean?”
“it means,” principal cho says, pinching the bridge of his nose, “you’ll be responsible for helping him adjust. show him around. make sure he stays out of trouble. i trust you understand the responsibility.”
donghyuck snorts. mark looks over.
“you got assigned babysitter duty, huh?” donghyuck says, voice thick with mockery. “lucky you.”

Summary
Here’s the thing: Donghyuck is allergic to cats. Like, really, really allergic to cats.
He hadn’t really had a lot of close personal contact with cat hybrids before he unceremoniously invited one to live in his apartment, so he didn’t really know that his allergies would even apply to them. Hybrids have a lot less fur, for one, and they are also not cats, they’re hybrids, so their dander might be different, or whatever.
It turns out that his allergies do, in fact, apply to cat hybrids.

Summary

Whether it’s over noise complaints or stolen laundry machine time, they argue every second of the day.
After a year of nonstop squabbling, the building manager finally has enough and forces them onto shared cleaning duty. Naturally, another fight breaks out. But this time, the tension doesn’t burn out, it ignites into something else entirely.
