Kirishima glanced up from his book, thinking maybe he’d nudge Bakugou’s leg and suggest a break, but Bakugou was already looking at him. That was more new. He’d only been doing that for the past couple of days. Anytime they were alone, Kirishima caught Bakugou staring at him. Sometimes he’d tense up or take a breath like he was about to speak, but nothing ever came out.
He must have had something on his mind, but Kirishima knew it was best to let him come out with things like this himself.

Bakugou wonders if he’ll ever stop being naive.
Or, the one where Bakugou graduates from Yuuei, is more or less adopted by several pro heroes, and learns a thing or two about love.

Katsuki picked up a photo from December. Kirishima beamed up at him from the picture, smile glossy. He had a year's worth of photos, spread out across the living room floor, proof that Kirishima undeniably belonged in his life, by his side.
“Shit,” Katsuki said, putting the photo back down in its spot. He doesn't want to look at Kirishima, so he looked at the photo of Kirishima instead. “I think I’m in love with you.”

Katsuki picked up the hobby mostly because he apparently needed a less aggressive way to work out his feelings. He wasn’t sure how the hell photography was supposed to do that, but fine, whatever. As it always turned out with him, the simplest actions, such as picking up a stupid camera, wreak the biggest havoc.

"That's the worst reason to save someone's life I've ever heard," Katsuki scoffed. "And I don't have a good soul." He'd know better than anyone.

Katsuki trusted things he could see, things he could feel. Things he could back up with his own power. Souls were not included, so he didn't necessarily believe they existed. Really, he didn't even think about them, or hearts, or true love, or any of that bullshit. He didn't know or care if it existed and he didn't need to know, either.
Slowly but surely, one Kirishima Eijirou saves his life, remains by his side, and changes his mind.
