Summary
There is no grander declaration of love than foolishly making mistakes that would cost one's entire relationship. Sampo Koski was never one to have mastered the arts of romance and all the feelings the came along with it. Either he was too afraid or he simply couldn't find himself to love anyone, not when loving someone meant danger would befall on the both of them. This predicament prevents him from confessing his feelings to Gepard Landau, his favorite captain of the Silvermane Guards. But, for Gepard, he would risk everything to love and protect him. Even if it ends in failure.
Or, alternatively, Sampo Koski is a Fool. Always has been, always will be. Nothing could ever change that fact. He's a fool.

Summary
In that moment, in the warmth of the cabin that protected them from the storm, Sampo recalls just how gentle Gepard had looked. How, for just a moment, Gepard was anything but the Captain of the Silvermane Guards or the man who was trying to catch him. Sampo's lips purse into a thin line. His heart starts to ache. Confusion and regret start to blur and he can't ascertain whether finding Gepard again after radio silence would spell inevitable doom for him.

“...What?” Scaramouche asked, dumbfounded. If Childe knew any better, he could’ve even sworn that he heard the slightest hint of hurt in one word. But that wasn’t possible. Scaramouche did not concern himself with human emotions.

Summary
Sampo Koski plans to hide out in a hidden shack far out in the cold plains, away from Belobog and the former-client who wants him dead; he doesn’t expect to find the Silvermane Captain, injured and unconscious in the snow, left for dead by some elusive unseen fragmentum creature the Silvermane Guards had been hunting down.
But now Sampo is stuck in the middle of nowhere, trying to keep the both of them alive as a snowstorm keeps them pinned down, all the while wondering why the hell he didn’t even think twice about saving Gepard in the first place.

As the Tsaritsa's Eleventh, Tartaglia is assigned to take the gnosis of the Geo Archon. It should've been simple enough: Tartaglia would get to know the situation in Liyue, use it to his advantage to wreak havoc, take Morax's gnosis, and return to Snezhnaya.
The problem with Liyue, however, is that Tartaglia got attached.
What happens after is what stays in Liyue.
