Summary
In Fork, a small town surrounded by forests, werewolves and vampires live separated by an ancient rivalry. Lando Norris is a young Alpha who grew up believing that vampires are dangerous creatures and enemies of his kind. Oscar Piastri is a mysterious vampire who lives in hiding, far from the eyes of humans and other supernatural beings.
When a series of murders begins targeting supernatural creatures and a vampire is found dead, Lando becomes involved in the investigation, unaware that it will lead him directly to Oscar.
Amid secrets, distrust, and an attraction neither of them should feel, Lando will have to decide whether to continue believing everything he has been taught about his enemies or risk discovering the truth behind the vampire he is supposed to hate.

Oscar had been keeping both his sexuality and his crush on his roommate a secret from said roommate. With their last year in university together quickly approaching, though, he decides to take a chance and at least tell Lando the former, wanting to see where they might go from there.

Verstappen smirked. Logically.
“He's good. I'd say he's almost too good for someone living in this town and going to this school. You know he's the son of a pastor? The local parish priest.”
Lando let out a low whistle. That told him a lot.
“You want me to seduce a pastor's son? You're serious? I bet he's so holy his hands glow because he's never touched another guy's dick. ”
“I doubt he's touched his own, either.

After all the twists and turns it took for him to finally become Oscar's Omega, Lando didn't know how to hide his happiness, much less keep their relationship a secret. He was fully aware of the scandal it would cause if it ever accidentally became public. Lando himself didn't care, but McLaren as a team certainly did.
This led him to find other ways to express how happy he was in his relationship with his Alpha, which brought him to the wonderful idea of starting to film vlogs where he talked about what it was like to have Oscar Piastri as his boyfriend, his enigma, and the future father of his children. Videos that would be just for him, and maybe someday for their future pups, though he definitely wouldn't be showing them the videos where he talked about how incredible it was to have sex with Oscar, or the times they'd done it in places where they were almost caught mid-act, or while waiting for the knot to go down, or the videos of the two of them having sex. No, he'd keep those for himself.
Or maybe he'd have to delete them, just in case.

Oscar stepped back, the distance left Lando feeling desperate; out of sorts.
“Wait, Oscar.” Lando reached for him. “Just–”
“Doesn’t matter.” Oscar said, turning to go to his room. “We’re teammates. Coworkers. Don’t need to worry about anything more,” Oscar said with a shrug. “Plane leaves in an hour. Don’t make us late again”.
Lando was left in the hallway, stunned and reeling from the interaction. He wasn’t used to this version of Oscar.
He couldn’t understand why he didn’t hate it.
