Summary
After Raditz and Goku's fight, which ended in both of them dying, Bulma learns that her power level is of 12 units. She starts training to fight the Saiyans alongside her friends.
Meanwhile, so many lightyears away from her, Prince Vegeta caught a glimpse of her lab on his scouter and decided he needed her mind at his service if he wanted to ever avenge his lost kingdom and his race.
As she trains and later follows the Prince of all Saiyans to Planet Namek, Bulma discovers the thrill of combat, among other things... *slurp slurp*Because writing fanfiction is my coping mechanism.

COMPLETE! And here's a *slightly* better summary:
Another 3 year gap fic. And prequel to Call Out My Name. Cannon compliant-ish, but I'm sure there's a few inconsistencies. Thing get a bit graphic, but there is plot too! Vegeta is def an asshole here and Bulma is able to be one too sometimes.
The fic starts with Vegeta returning to earth after looking for Goku. Bulma is still with Yamcha, and neither are very happy.
There is some Bulma/Yamcha at the beginning so fair warning! I don't want Yamcha to be a total ass, but I feel like he's got to hurt Bulma some for her to go from a long term relationship to a fling with Vegeta. There will be angst and fighting and people will be mean, sorry! Also, each chapter will switch between Bulma's POV and Vegeta's. I will list who is narrating at the top of the chapter.
While the story is primarily about B&V getting together, it's also about Vegeta figuring out who he is and what he wants now that he isn't forced to work for Frieza anymore, and also Bulma working through her breakup with Yamcha and maturing as well. This covers the entire 3 year period.

Summary
“Although your vulgarities are entertaining, woman, I will have you explain one thing. I recall that when you extended your offer for me to stay here, you explicitly stated not to do anything naughty. Yet why do you talk of nothing else?”
“You actually listened to me back then?” she giggled, before coming to some sort of epiphany.
“Hold up! Are you telling me you’ve tried being a gentleman all this time?” she asked.
Since she had drawn the wrong conclusion, Vegeta would set the record straight for her.
Faster than she could follow his movements, he shot up from his seat to stand across from her. He trapped her by placing his hands on the kitchen counter behind her, her hips bumping against his inner-forearms. She drew in a sharp breath, pushing her chest out, and stared at him with her big, blue eyes.
“I assure you, I’ve been trying no such thing,” he growled.

Bulma wasn't sure why she agreed to allow the Prince of All Assholes to stay at Capsule Corp. while he trained, but if he was willing to save the world, she'd deal with it.
Vegeta wasn't sure why he felt anything at all towards the useless Earthling woman.
Another 3 year gap story! Starts with Bulma/Yamcha, then evolves. Mostly canon, but that may run away from me. Cross posted on FF.
