Summary

The Witch Hunter is a walking paradox, an entity made of a thousand contradicting whispers, a witches' Boogeyman. He is eternal and ever-present, a paragon of virtue and control.
If you asked him, Izuku would say his witch hunting deeds have been massively overstated. But such is the curse of an immortal who is more myth and legend than actual person.

Summary
When Lola turns 19 she gets her wish: To Be the Final Girl.
Her boyfriend survives the attack but when he returns home, he isn't quite the same.
Early adulthood story set in October, 2012. They move to Seattle after someone attempts to kill them. Lola needs to prove what happened didn't change her, and that she's a Normal Independent Adult... including when an old friend accuses Kenji of murder, including when the killings begin to happen Again, including when someone seems to know their lives a little too well.
Will she find her way out with the people she cares for, or will she prefer this life of chaos and violence to the horrors of regular adult life?

Summary
Growing up in a world where everyone aspires to be at the top, it should have been expected for a child to also want to reach great heights. Because who didn’t want fame, prestige, praise, and glory? Who didn’t want to be recognized for the good of their actions? Who didn’t want to be the best? It was perfectly normal for children to want.
What was not normal was for a quirkless child to aspire for such things.
And after reaching the age of 15, after being told it was best to be realistic… Izuku was forced to open his eyes. He no longer wished to reach for the stars or be above the rest. He let go of that childish dream, of being a hero like All Might he previously held in a death grip.
But it wasn’t that he finally succumbed to peer pressure, definitely not.
Izuku only realized that it wasn’t such a bad dream to let go of.
Or, it dawned on Midoriya that being the best wasn’t in the cards, but bettering yourself very much was. He wouldn’t go along with the “all or nothing” mindset others seemed to have fallen for… Not when he didn’t need to; he already knew he was enough.
