death was not inherently evil, but he was merciless. from a young age as you watched your parents tamper and research cognitive science, you ended up shaking his hands to prove that your heroic deeds will not be mere fallacies. but that's the thing with death. he will always remember the name and amount of bodies he claimed. and if one body is missing, a poor unfortunate soul who's time is yet to come will end abruptly. you just wished it was you who left, and not him.
