Summary
Mike and Will are roommates at NYU. Mike is a raging alcoholic, and drinking is the only thing numbing the pain of his all-consuming obsession with Will Byers. He is desperate, pathetic, manipulative, and willing to do pretty much anything to get Will, no matter the cost, even if that means prying Will away from the bane of his existence, fucking Carlton.
And for some unbelievably fucking stupid reason, his hand shot out beside Will's shoulder, slamming flat against the door to hold it in place, caging him in, and god, he was too fucking close now. He knew it by the way Will's breathing changed, a sharp, panicked inhale, and a wild look spread over his face. But his eyes were betraying him, flicking between Mike's mouth and his eyes like he couldn't decide which fucking sin to commit first.
“Mike… we should talk,” Will said, clearly flustered as all fuck.
At least, that was Mike's interpretation. And god, was he one selfish, fucking evil bastard, because now he was dropping the match and he was going to light this fucking bathroom on fire with him and Will in it. He leaned in further, his lips a breath away from Will's.
“Fuck talking.”
