Summary
Sanji had been hiding this wound from the rest of the crew for almost a week now. He thought that if he took good enough care of it he could save himself the trip to Chopper’s infirmary.
Sanji knows how to take care of his own wounds and he’d make sure this one healed properly on its own. No offending items piercing through his skin needed.
However, as he stared at the mirror now he realized, he was in way over his head.
“What the hell was that, cook?”
Sanji tried to blink the blur out of his eyes, shooting the best glare he could muster at the swordsman.
“Get out of my kitchen, marimo.”
“Oi,” Zoro grunted, “What’s wrong with you?”
A calloused palm suddenly rested against his forehead.
“You’re burning up.”

Summary
Zoro wasn’t upset. He wasn’t. Because this was Kaya and Usopp’s special day, and he’d never be upset about that. Maybe he was a little grumpy about the fact that after so many years apart they still have so much love for each other, and they were clearly destined to be together, and they both feel so loved and are able to express that love healthily. And maybe Zoro was a little jealous of that, but after five years of pining after Sanji (who hates him) he thought he might be allowed to be a tiny bit jealous.

There’s no response, and Sanji shakes his head. Reluctantly, he reaches out to prod at Zoro’s leg, his fingers dipping in amongst the rumbled fabric of his pants until he finds the hard muscle of his thigh.
“Marimo,” he tries again, jabbing at Zoro a little rougher. “Marimo.”
Zoro lets out a chest rumbling snore in response.
Or, after suffering from a nightmare, Sanji finds solace in Zoro's, albeit unassuming, arms.

It's been a couple of weeks since people started calling him Roronoa Sanji. At first, he hadn't been really worried because civilians often mixed them and marines were stupid. For Zeff, Sanji's only explanation was that the old man had finally gone senile. But this was completely different.

Zoro feels so pathetic, so weak and all he can think back to is him getting on his knees in front of Mihawk so he’d never have to feel so weak again. Still, the tears come — a disgusting tidal wave and he buries his face in the collar of Sanji’s shirt to hide from Sanji’s knowing gaze.
“I don’t know what I’m going to do.” Zoro says, so softly that he isn’t even sure if Sanji hears him.
“We’ll figure it out.” Sanji says, running his hand through the tuft of Zoro’s hair. “Don’t we always?”
Zoro wakes up on the day before his birthday. Then it happens again. And again.
