Summary
“What are you smiling about?” Ilia says as Blake reenters the living room.
“Percy was up reading,” Blake says. She holds up the book. “Fourth grade reading level.” Ilia whistles quietly.
“He’s gonna blow all the other kindergarteners out of the water in the fall,” she says. Blake’s smile turns into a grin.
“It’s not a competition,” she murmurs, despite the pride blooming in her chest.
“Too bad, because he’d win,” Ilia says. “But listen, we can talk about how cool your kid is any time. I wanna hear about this new friend of yours." Blake’s smile takes on an altogether different tone.
“Her name is Yang,” Blake says. “She’s…” Blake doesn’t even know where to start.
“You slept with her?”
Well, okay, they can start there.
(blake left adam six years ago. she meets yang and attempts to be just friends. it goes swimmingly, all the way back to yang's bedroom. the only problem? blake's son, who yang doesn't know about.)

Summary
“I’m fine,” Blake insists, the statement instantly belied by the way her teeth chatter as she says it.
Sun rolls his eyes. “Don’t be stupid,” he says, opening the sliding door and rummaging around until he finds a gray zip-up hoodie and tosses it to her. (And… this is the other reason. The reason she needs it, the reason the club keeps luring her back. Because anywhere other than Anesidora? She’s a mess. She’s got no control at all.)
[Or: the sex dungeon AU, an Olympic Rings-shaped polycule in which Yang is in crushes with Blake who queerplatonically doms Sun who is married to Neptune.]
[Or: As a professional librarian and hobbyist dominatrix, Blake values routine, safety, comfort, rules. Why date and risk getting hurt when she can have her needs satisfied without messy strings attached? Enter Yang... a professional mechanic and hobbyist kitten foster who maybe knows a thing or two about repairing things and socializing strays.]

Summary
AU: Blake was damaged, too damaged. Her parents had brought her along on their vacation to Maine out of pity, and Blake could only look forward to a summer of trying to find and put together all of her broken pieces. It wasn't like there was much else to do on the island of Patch. Here, there were only sailboats, lobsters, and Xiao Long Shipyard.
"We don't just build," Yang explained, gesturing to the boat above them. "We fix things, too."

Summary
“Perhaps one day we will meet again: two stars colliding for a second time, recognizing pieces of ourselves we left behind in each other.” - Arlen C.
Yang Xiao Long has a recurring nightmare filled with black and red and fire and a searing pain in her right arm, a nightmare that feels almost too real to be just that. Upon meeting the beautiful and elusive Blake Belladonna, those nightmares evolve into something more; glimpses of a past life, one with Blake’s black curls and golden eyes at the center of it.
Navigating her budding relationship with Blake and the lost memories plaguing her mind, Yang is on a journey to find out who she is, who she used to be, and Blake’s place in it all.

Summary
There are a few things Yang knows for sure: nothing beats a fresh snowfall; all skiers are total nerds; her sister has never done anything wrong in her entire life; and every single time Blake Belladonna smiles at her, she feels like she’s at the top of her favorite slope, heart in her throat, board hanging over the edge. (She also knows that, someday soon, she’s going to have to do something about that last one.)

Summary
When Blake first opened her quaint little flower shop, it had become a home away from home. Her escape.
It's everything she could have ever hoped for, the warm sun shining through the windows, illuminating each and every bright petal that blooms around their disks. Getting to greet people all who have one thing in common – stopping by Red like Roses to grab a gift for someone they love.
It's only when an unexpectedly charming customer begins to frequent that the shop stops being warm and welcoming. It becomes special. Something that brought them together. A thread he tugs on until it's unwound. A thread he toys with and unravels and stretches to its limit.
From then on, Blake is never the same. Not as cheerful - the colourful tint to her cheeks gone, left ghostly. When the door chimes, the usual calm, peaceful demeanour she has is nowhere to be found – a walking corpse faces each customer with her best customer service smile.
This customer is no different. The door chimes. Closes with a clatter. A ray of sunshine bounds through the windows – but that isn't the only sunshine in the shop.

Summary
Yang's untouchable; Blake's anything but. The first time they meet can't be the first at all, not with Yang lighting up every billboard on the Sunset Strip and Blake's voice crooning through the radio regardless of the station, not when every motion of Yang's is achingly familiar and every turn of Blake's mouth leads like a staircase. It's Hollywood, and Yang's spent years learning how to get exactly what wants her - Blake's spent years running from it.
If I could, Blake says, I'd kiss you right now.
If I could, Yang says, I'd let you.
