Just the idea of Lena kissing her, is a lot and she’s shocked at how much she wants her to do just that. It makes sense, in this moment, casting spells and making unions. It could be another way in which they could truly connect their bodies and oh, Rao, this is new. Is this new? Kara’s not sure she knows anymore.
Maybe it’s the magic, the connection of the spell, binding them as one in some way Kara can’t comprehend, nor understand, or maybe it’s something that’s always been there? A longing, dormant in the back of her mind, waiting for a spark to awaken it. Her heart, her feelings. Lena.
“To us,” Kara says, knocking the entire drink back and trying to pull herself together.

Summary
Jessica Hoang takes her job very seriously. It’s odd, or uncommon, as she’s learned- people are always so surprised when she seems more loyal to Lena Luthor than the advancement of her own career. She used to think that the whole trope of secretaries selling out their bosses for personal gain existed only in bad TV shows, but, as always, she overestimates the human race.
So when Kara Danvers the reporter starts showing up more often, she’s wary and a little irritated. Yes, Lena said to let her in at any time, so she does so dutifully, but she’s seen her share of reporters and she’s not impressed with the bunch. Words are their trade, and it wouldn’t take much to motivate a reporter to twist Lena’s image around for a pretty buck.

Lena glanced around her office, and it looked.. the same. Considering she had just jumped Earths and confirmed the multiverse theory, she had assumed that something would be significantly different.
Finally, a world where she was treated right. She googled Kara, trying to see if anything about her had changed. But no results came up.
Confused, Lena searched more, but still no results.
It was almost like Kara Danvers didn’t exist.
Lena had created a transmatter portal to travel to different worlds, to change her relationship with the person she cared about the most. She was tired of living in so much despair, and she desperately she needed an escape.
But it appeared that on this Earth, Kara didn’t exist.
