Summary
Medkit’s been missing for a year. Sword had no luck finding him at the Church.
“He’s doing church business.” They all said. He was turned away.
December 29th, Medkit’s spawnday. Sword is still mourning his friend- his brother- as everyone tells him it’s unhealthy. He waits in line at Thieves’ Rest, looking to get a small pastry to celebrate, since no one else would.
Someone gets in line behind him, and he glimpses teal out of the corner of his eye.
“Medkit?!?”

Medkit becomes the Churches new priest, leading the Church of the TRUE EYE in their new directive- expand all across Inpherno. He won’t let anything get in his way. Not Sword, not Subspace, not even his own fellow acolytes.
slow and sporadic updates, will update tags as the story progresses. this fic is a continuation of Death in the Family, and is currently written on 8/9/26, during its hiatus for the crossroads update. I will be ignoring all continuations of the comic and only be working with what I have today.
