Summary
Well… that was unexpected.
To be honest, given the whole… destroy all evidence in a fiery explosion in an underground vault, no one really knew how juiced up the serum that Val used on Bob was.
Not until Bob (in a disagreement with Walker, no less) accidentally warps the two of them back to 2012… Oops.
Now they have to figure out how to get back home before anything too bad happens, like if a one-way portal connecting from the present to the past began spitting out people from the present into 2012. Now that's not too bad, right?

The door slid open with a thunk. In walked a woman, wearing a simple hospital gown. Her off-white hair was slightly bluish. A single curved horn grew from her right temple and her crimson eyes held a burning gaze. Bandages wrapped around her arms and legs, and her bare feet crackled with a yellow energy every time they hit the floor.
“Hello. My name is Eri,” the woman-Eri said, “It’s nice to meet you.”
Izuku met her in the eye and felt a kinship. Something inside him recognized the look in her eyes.
“Midoriya,” Eri said, looking at him. Her eyes softened as that piercing glare dissipated. A soft smile tugged at her subtle smirk. “I’ll be alright. And he will be as well. Come, class. We will be heading to the training grounds.”
The Hero Public Safety Commission sends in their most secret and heavily trusted agent to teach Class 1-A. Things don't go as expected. Instead of simply teaching, a battle exercise is conducted. Through a simple, almost meaningless simulation, class 1-A is exposed to the true world of heroics; one of pain and confusion, of enlightenment and cognizance.

It had been a long and difficult 27 years since the Hail Mary had launched. Not as terrible as it could have been, but not easy. Humanity had survived and adapted, as it always did. There had been terrible wars. There had been incredible acts of kindness. There had been massive scientific breakthroughs. And now, there were two distant blips of Petrova-light, picked up by the Deep Space Network, hurtling home. Two probes, braking hard as they hurtled toward Earth holding the secrets to its salvation. They were late, or at least, not very early, but they were here.
Grace may have made his peace with dying to save Rocky, but Rocky insists they return to Earth.
