Summary

The guy’s expression flickered between disbelief and offense before settling into something furious. He pushed himself up onto his knees, gripping the rag so tightly his knuckles turned white. “Are you serious?”
Eijiro didn’t care. He was already moving, already stepping forward, ready to grab this intruder and...
But the guy bared his teeth at him, eyes burning, “You’re like that because you think I did something to a fucking useless stray cat?!”
