Subject: Level B6 Expansion ProjectThe O5 Council has authorized the commencement of the Level B6 Expansion Project.
Level B6 has been confirmed as a stable parallel world inhabited by a technologically advanced sapient civilization. Due to its strategic, scientific, and anomalous significance, the Foundation will begin a long-term expansion program within the region for research, archive and documenting purposes.
Personnel from all departments are invited to volunteer for reassignment to Level B6. Qualified Foundation employees are encouraged to submit transfer requests through their respective Department Heads.
Assignment to the Level B6 Expansion Project will involve extended deployment outside baseline reality and may require prolonged residence within Level B6.
All personnel are restricted to any intervention with B6's events, unless deemed necessary. We are here to learn, archive and protect. We are not here to control, our judgements and standards shall not influence their natural development
