Summary
Micheal Robinavitch was comfortable. Comfortable for what felt like the first time in decades. Nothing was perfect. However, deep in his soul it was like weight had been lifted, he could breathe. His whole persona of terrifying the people he loved by riding around helmetless and going on crazy, impulsive sabbaticals was over. He was okay. Maybe that had to do with Dennis Whitaker. Robby had learned a few months before his sabbatical that Dennis was gay. Needless to say, it surprised him. Dennis was not a small brittle guy. Maybe it was his work on a farm but he was a muscular, finely built man. Those were the thoughts that had plagued Robby for months, kept him up at night. Months later after a rough shift Robby gave Dennis a ride home on a rainy night, they kissed in the car and nothing had been the same since.
