He was twenty-four, had a fire quirk but his body possessed ice genes that made his quirk incompatible with his body. Red flags of horror and shock hit Endeavor as he put the pieces together. Then they made the discovery, Dabi's DNA matched perfectly with Enji Todoroki's dead son, Touya.
Endeavor's shock turned quickly to fear and rage when Touya began spilling all of the family's secrets to everyone he came in contact with, a huge grin on his face while he did so. Endeavor knew his job was on the line the more Dabi kept talking.

Or, basically that weird au that spawned on my Tumblr where after Dabi is arrested, Enji tries to prove hes a "new and improved good man" and fix the situation with Touya by putting him in a experimental rehabilitation program for Villains which involves altering and erasing the subject's memories and replacing them. Endeavor decides in this simulated life he's creating for Touya to cast himself as world's best Dad.
