'It has been a while since Dio felt "normal", and by that he just meant well. As the colder days had been setting in, he had felt himself growing sick so he had found himself staying inside, tucking himself away into his room. He tried to pass the time reading, but often times he found himself staring out the window into the yard where more often than not, Jonathan was, always doing some thing or another. Dio wished he could join him, even though he would most likely just tease his step brother. It was about the most he could do with how sour their relationship was, faux friendliness from Jonathan and Dio himself hiding his true intentions and goals, playing nice.'
