It had been a long night so far, Leorio had just gotten off of work and walked back into his apartment.
He walked in the door, took off his shoes, and placed them back on the floor, then stretching his arms up he walked into the kitchen
He opened the refrigerator looking for something to eat after 12 hours of working and at least 3 of traffic, after that you would expect he was hungry.
Not finding much other than leftovers from many nights of takeout, he just decided to heat that up.
The lighting in the room was dim, a singular light was on above the kitchen counter so it was kinda hard to see around the room.
He sat at the table in the middle of the living room and looked out the window to see heavy rain and wind shaking the trees outside of the apartment complex.
He just looked, no real goal in mind, just out of boredom.
The microwave made the beep indicating his food was done, and he walked over to it taking his food out. It was pretty hot but after a minute or two he opened it and consumed all of it in minutes.
After he had finished his food he was thoroughly tired, and went to his room. He almost fell into bed but his remaining self control stopped him from breaking the bed frame.
After getting comfortably nuzzled into the sheets, he almost fell asleep but felt a slight risling from under the covers, and he lifted the top of the blanket, to reveal that Kurapika had been laying there, nested in the blankets sort of.
He was in a dead sleep, his breathing was steady and he was warm to the touch. Leorio pulled the covers back over him and got back up out of bed.
Kurapika had been texting him throughout the day and had made it pretty clear he wasn't having a great time, he had spent most of the day at home cleaning, and also had to go to the store.
He was overall tired and aching from what he had been told, so he decided that he would go make kurapika and himself some tea.
He got up from the bed, shivered, and walked out of the room into the cold living room and boiled some water, and brewed the tea.
He walked the cups back into their room, and gently nudged Kurapika so he would wake up.
“Hey sunshine, i made you some tea” he said in a quiet soothing voice, so he wouldn't wake kurapika up too much.
“Leorio, it's so late, get some rest ok? I know you had a long day” Kurapika said, stretching slightly and leaning up on his pillow to drink the tea he had been given
“I will, but i knew you had a tiring day and thought i would bring you something to drink” leorio said in the same soothing quiet tone
Kurapika smiled, and sipped the tea for a bit and leorio had crawled back into bed with him, also drinking his tea.
Kurapika finished his, and placed his mug on the nightstand, leaning closer to Leorio. He was slightly taken aback at first because he was relatively spaced out, but certainly didn't mind being clung to.
He finished his tea and leaned back into his pillows, slowly leaning farther into the bed, and passing out, with Kurapika laying on him. He felt warm.
