so yknow how other vampire aus (not trying to be rude!! i love those!! /gen) have like sbi (minus tommy) being the vamps and tommy being a human? yeah that but swap tommy & wilbur lmao
let me explain my idea
- techno, phil and tommy are vampires
- wilbur is a human (you could make him as a vampire hunter or just a man that vibes)
-phil is old.
- phil turned tech and tommy
- tommy is the current youngest
plot
so tommy decides to go in town, cuz hes so fucking bored. so he goes in and then theres music! he goes to the music and then wilbur fucking soot is playing music and tommys like "this is nice"
he goes and talks to wilbur for a bit, before saying he needs to go. he goes home but he keeps thinking of The Music Man (as he dubbed wilbur) but he shrugs it off (or tried to lmao). and then at the dead of night, he went out to f e e d. so he goes and fuckin murders people, drinks blood, the vamp stuff. then some vampire hunters came (not wilbur) and he kills them bc they are annoying.
if you go down the vampire hunter wilbur route, you could write his reaction to being told about these brutal murders, how disgusted he feels and all that good shit. maybe he gets more involved in the hunting shit because of this? who knows lol
if you go down wilbur just vibing, he could find out by rumors. like, when hes playing the next morning, he overhears a shop owner and customer talking about it. hes slightly nervous and decides that maybe he SHOULDNT go on fuckin midnight walks.
so tommy comes to town again, meeting wilbur again. he listens to his music again and wilbur shows him around town. they bond, basically. they get things and tommy goes "oh fuck, im attached" and he goes home with a tiny little bat trinket (get it, hes a vampire).
he tells phil and tech about wil and shows them the lil bat, he excitedly gushes about his music n is just happy :D
so basically that repeats for a few weeks, they just vibe. tommy grows more and more attached, to which he basically says "fuck" repeatedly.

so wilbur goes on a fuckin mission alone, and oh fucking no, tommy... with red eyes? oh fuckity f u c k. so tommys being all casually and playful, while wilbur is silently having a fucking mental break down. tommys like "cmon wil. you should meet my family." and wilbur fucking snaps at him and raises his gun. tommy dances around him, tbh he probably thinks this is all a game cuz listen, he doesnt really understand emotions, like he picks up on context clues but is also bad at picking up context clues.

my brain is currently not making ideas asdjoajfjaf
so whether or not hes a hunter, he somehow gets to tommys house, dont ask me how. tommys just happy and pretty much oblivious to wilburs fear and fucking hatred lmao. wILBUR TRYING TO PULL OUT A WEAPON SECRETLY AND TRYING TO FUCKINGF SHOOT TOMMY, THATS HBSHJD AMAZING- and he gets lead to tech and phil and for some reason they k n o w.
basically, wilbur gets turned (much to his displeasure, well, 'displeasure' is a bit of a weak word) tommys happy, phil got a new son, technoblade vibes.
a few things:
- the way i imagine tommy is being laid back and playful, also chaotic and cmon, hes a vampire, he gets a bit.. cruel, sometimes. hes also very bad at emotions, hes been around two people who are vampires and dont get human emotions what so ever.
- tommy goes back into town and gets wilburs guitar
