Summary
Beatrice "Bea" Carver is probably the luckiest person in the wasteland, she had a knack for surviving by sheer force of will and by the skin of her teeth. She woke up two hundred years in the future alive and kicking when every other member of her vault perished. She weaved her way into Paladin Danse's life by completely random happenstance and she never ever spent a single thought or care toward her personal safety. Things had worked out thus far so why start caring now? Her aloof attitude is beginning to make Paladin Danse want to tear out his hair in frustration. He had never met someone so.. happy go lucky about near-death experiences, and he has no idea why he is so willing to follow at her heels right into the face of death if it meant he could shield her from a bullet. It's beginning to drive him insane.
TLDR: Paladin Danse comes to terms with his crush on Bea. Every ridiculous thing she does is just making him fall harder and he finally finds the nerve to kiss her and stumble his way through telling her how she makes him feel.
