Jean: Hello everyone! Now that we know who our officers are, I figured I’d make a group chat with all of us.
Jean: Also, as a reminder, our first meeting is tonight at 8:30 PM!
venti: tonight?!?! but I have plans….
Ningguang: venti, aren’t you literally one of the leaders of this organization?
Jean: You’re the one who chose the date for the first meeting… Oh well. Anyway.
Jean: Tonight we’ll be creating promotions for people to join our organization! Bring materials to make posters, flyers, and Keqing, please bring your computer to make the digital advertisements.
Keqing: yep
Raiden: is anyone going to actually join though? last year only 3 people joined the student council…
Kokomi: yes, because you were president! <3 <3 <3
Sara: The year before, only 2 people joined. The Raiden Shogun’s grace and influence caused one more person to join our just cause. If you’re just going to hate on her gracious efforts, you can leave. Nobody will disrespect the Shogun.

Jean: Listen, the reason we were not successful last year is because we could not agree on anything. And we want prom to be great for all of us seniors, don’t we? Which means we need people to join so that we can effectively fundraise and promote for prom and other events. Which means we can’t drive potential members away with infighting. You two must agree to not try to kill each other for one year so that people will actually join our cause.
Jean: Sara, Kokomi, do you understand?
Sara: …
Kokomi: …
Sara: Fine.
Kokomi: ok…
Jean: Then it’s settled! No fighting between our officers will make an excellent year for us all.
Ningguang: why is Jean leading more than the actual leaders of stuco

Jean: Anyway! Enough pointless chatter. Does everyone understand that there is a mandatory meeting tonight at 8:30? That is all that matters right now.

Sara: Yes.

Raiden: Yes, I understand.
Jean: @venti @Zhongli @Ganyu are you all there?
venti: I’ll have to cancel my plans but…. yeah sure I guess ehe

Jean: Ganyu, can you attend? The meeting is in 30 minutes…
Keqing: I dm’ed her and she didn’t respond so she’s probably asleep or else she would’ve responded to me. so. we’ll have to conduct this meeting without her, I think

Keqing: guys I got to the student council room and Ganyu is literally asleep on the floor in here. it seems as though she came early to make extra advertisements? She’s already made around fifty posters

Jean: At least she has spirit! It’s certainly something our team lacks.

Zhongli: I am one of the presidents this year. We have many grand ideas for events this year, and we could really use as many helping hands as we can get.
Kazuha: Is Raiden still one of the presidents? If so, I’m not joining.

Zhongli: However, Kokomi is an officer this year, if it makes you feel any better. And I’ve heard Gorou and Beidou may participate, although I’m not quite sure why.
Kazuha: I’ve changed my mind, I’m joining!

Jean: So! Signups close in 6 hours. Did you all get anyone to join?
Zhongli: Yes, the whole book club is joining.
kaeya: and I got the fight club to join
Kokomi: we promised them lots of weapons!!
Sara: You know we can’t actually give them weapons. You are all irresponsible.
Ganyu: Perhaps if they sign a contract that they won’t take anyone’s life?
Zhongli: A splendid idea.
Keqing: you guys know they’re not going to actually follow that rule, right? it’s the fight club. they’re crazy.
Jean: That doesn’t matter, so long as we have people joining this year who are eager! They’ll probably forget about the weapons thing anyway, I hope.
Jean: So far, that puts us at 9 people! That’s 6 more than last year. This is a serious improvement!
Raiden: I’m not sure that those numbers are enough to make all of our plans this year run smoothly, but it’s close enough, and it’s more than last year, which is better, I suppose.
Jean: Yes!

venti: I talked to a TON of people

venti: I talked to like 100 people and I thought oh, you know, maybe like 5 of them will actually join

venti: and in total THIRTY FOUR PEOPLE JOINED

Ganyu: I’m so glad so many people want to join!

Jean: This is amazing! We’ll surely have enough hands to help us this year. Even if most are probably doing it for service hours, the spirit is what counts!
Jean: As soon as the signup period is over, I’ll make a group chat with everyone to make announcements. This is going to be so great!
