Summary
Polish the rice, then rinse it. Add into the rice cooker with your special vinegar blend. Julienne the vegetables and prepare the fish. Listen to the symphony of the food. Tomoe lived by that, loved it, and Mikage rarely asked him to do more than commune with the sushi. But one night, as Tomoe sat down at the front-of-house, he was haunted by a woman’s eyes as she looked in. Mikage invites her in for an impromptu chef’s table, and Tomoe finds that his life and food will never be the same, now that he has met “Nanami.”
Happy birthday to ruddcatha!
