Summary:

On August 11th, 2019, Anne Boonchuy, Sasha Waybright, and Marcy Wu were officially reported missing.

Notes:

So Anne is back alone after missing for 5 months, but everyone around her acts as if nothing ever happened? I know that considering the show's narratives and pacing as well as its intended audience we'll probably never get the angsty content we want in canon, so this is my attempt at exploring how others in their lives have been impacted by their sudden disappearance.
Disclaimer: They belong to Matt Braly and the crew, not me. Also August 11 was in fact a Sunday, but for plot convenience let’s pretend that was a Monday.

Missing: Three 15-Year-Old Girls Disappear on One’s Birthday

              LOS ANGELES, California – Police and authorities in Los Angeles are working with families to locate three teenagers who went missing on Monday after school.

              Torrance residents Anne Boonchuy, Sasha Waybright, and Marcy Wu were reported missing on August 11 by their parents. Boonchuy and Waybright were last seen in a bubble tea shop at around 5:40 pm, two hours after the two of them left Saint James High School in the middle of a class. Wu left home at around 5:30 pm after an argument with her parents.

              August 11 was Boonchuy’s birthday and her family had planned a party for her at home. About 15 minutes to the beginning of the party, Boonchuy’s parents received a text from their daughter telling them that she was going to be late. She never showed up.

              “Happy birthday Anne, wherever you are.” One member of the Thai Temple told the SJW reporter. She was among the Thai community friends invited to Boonchuy’s birthday party, which soon turned into a family support group.

              Anne Boonchuy is described as 5-foot-6 with brown hair and brown eyes. Sasha Waybright is described as 5-foot-7 with blonde hair in a ponytail, blue eyes, and a mole on her left cheek. Marcy Wu is supposedly 5-foot-5 with short black hair and black eyes. All of them were last seen wearing their school uniform: a skirt and a shirt with letters “SJHS” written on the front. Marcy Wu was also wearing a grey school jacket when she left home.

              Marcy Wu reportedly got into an engaged argument with her parents before she ran away. Los Angeles Police have not disclosed any information regarding whether this was related to her disappearance. “Just come back and we can talk things out, Marcy,” Mr. Wu told the SJW reporter, “If you are seeing this, please know that we all love you and we just want you to be safe.”

              The three of them have been close friends since primary school. Saint James High School teacher Sally Jackson told the SJW reporter that “even though they ended up in different social circles, they still considered each other best friends.”

              There is a possibility that Wu eventually met up with Boonchuy and Waybright, according to The Torrance Police Department.

              Authorities and community members have been conducting searches for the missing girls. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to contact The Torrance Police Department at 3xx-xxx-xxx6.

I really wanted to write Maggie well so I spent some time reading her Wikia page before writing these tweets and on the page, it says that her goal is "to bully Anne." I know that this is not supposed to be funny but the way it's phrased seems like the goal of her entire life is to bully Anne Boonchuy and it is hilarious.

Also @pink_hippo is Gabby (the girl that recognized Anne at the mall), @vincent4onion is Vincent (the boy playing the guitar at school) and @yenneche is Cheyenne (the girl sitting next to Vincent).
