Summary
In order to control a person, one must have absolute hold over their body. From then on, it's only as simple as tricking (or forcing) the mind into following along. Albedo creates a link between Aether and a doll in hopes that one day, Aether will come to realise that his place is where his toy counterpart sits— in the heart of Albedo's palm.
