Summary
News of Danarius’s death at the hands of his former slave has reached Tevinter. The rumours have spread all throughout the Imperium and a wide-scale rebellion has begun in Fenris’s name. Many compare him to Shartan, the elf who fought alongside Andraste in the first Exhalted March. In the Imperium’s weakened and decaying state, Fenris will lead the revolution and bring down the oppressive mageocracy that has ruled for centuries. With Hawke — who can now transform into a dragon — at his side, they pledge to rebuild a new and free Tevinter.
