Tommy lays in his bed wide awake, his mind so full of dreams and plans for when he gets home. He's 18 now, and he is finally moving out.
Tommy is already looking at homes in many places, but he keeps getting sidetracked by this one idea. He wants to start a clothing brand. Not a merch one, but a real one, like GAP, or OLD NAVY. The only problem he has is the fact that he has no clue how to run a business.
At that moment he receives a text from someone, knowing that he won't be falling asleep soon, he picks up his phone and checks the message.
1 new message from Deo
Tommy decides to read the message.
Deo : HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY!
Do you want to respond?
Tommy stares at the message on his screen and smiles. Unbeknownst to the public, Tommy actually has a strong friendship with the Business Bay members. Although they no longer stream together, they still are some of his closest friends. Deo specifically is Tommy's platonic husband.
Take that Tubbo, Tommy is married in real life, not minecraft.
Tommy sends his message.
Deo : HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY
Tommy : thakns big man
Tommy : *thanks
Deo : im a little late :)
Tommy : hahahahg
Tommy : u raelly are :)
Deo : its laet for u rihgt?
Tommy : yeah?
Deo is typing . . .
Tommy smiles at his screen, then it hits him.
'What if...'
Tommy : waht if the busniess bay boys moved in tgthrr?
Deo : gud idae
Deo : so ur moving out?
Tommy : yeah
Deo : y dont all of us move to LA?
Tommy : I was thinkihg about it :)
Deo : so lets do it :)
Deo : ill mesasge the gang
Tommy : ok
And thats how Tommy ended up searching for a 5 bedroom apartment in the middle of LA.
Oh and Deo was helping him.

Tommy fell asleep sometime after 4 am, and awoke to the realization that he had to get on a flight back to Nottingham in less than 2 hours. Wilbur and everyone else had already headed back yesterday, so he was the only one still in Paris.
Quickly packing his things up, Tommy notices a new notification on his phone.
2 new messages from Deo
Tommy opens up the first message Deo had sent, and finds a message saying,
'they all said yes :)'
He then opened the second one only to find a link to the perfect 5 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the city. He quickly messages Deo back.
Tommy : yess tehy all agred
Tommy : also
Tommy : dude Tahts perfcet
Tommy : howd u find it?
Deo : luck I geuss?
Tommy : ttyl I need to catch my flihgt
Deo : Bai
Tommy quickly finishes packing up all his stuff and calls a Uber to drive him to the airport. He just barely makes his flight.
Once he lands he sends his Mum a message.
Mum : message me when you land - 10:45 am
Tommy : k - read 11:23 am
Tommy : mum I've landed
Mum : when will you be home by?
Tommy : idk, ttyl
Mum : 👍
Tommy smirks down at his phone, smiling at his Mum's choice of emojis.
He connects to the airport wifi, and gets a influx of youtube notifications, but he just ignores them, instead deciding to look at his discord while waiting for the Uber.

Tommy smiles at his screen as he reads the messages from last night. He receives the message that his Uber has arrived.
The ride home is short, and yet at the same time ot feels like forever. Standing in front of his home, Tommy realizes how much he really is going to miss this place.
Walking inside he's is greeted by Betty's barks and the sound of the telly playing. He starts to notice the little things, and it's making him nostalgic.
Tommy doesn't know how he is going to move so far from this nostalgic place, and yet it feels right to move on.
He is broken from his thoughts by a vibration in his back pocket.
Incoming call from Deo
Tommy quickly answers, and puts the phone to his ear. Climbing up the stairs, he brings his suitcase back into his room.
"Tommy!"
"Deo, big man, why are you calling?"
"I got the place! It's officially ours!"
Shifting the phone so it's pressed against his shoulder, Tommy starts to unpack his things.
"Are you gonna send me any pics?"
"Hold on a minute"
5 new messages from Deo
"There"
"Thanks big man"
Opening up the photos Deo sent, he realizes just how perfect this apartment is for them.
"HOLY shit Deo! This view is amazing!"
"I know!l"
"And the best part? We have no neighbors!"
"Wait so we can be as loud as we want?!"
"Yeah!"
"Fuck, could this place get any better!"
"I gtg finalize the deal now, bye"
"Bye Deo!"
"Bye Tommy!"
Tommy finishes unpacking his things, and heads downstairs to properly say hello to his parents.
"Tommy! Welcome back, I didn't hear you come in!"
"Hi Mum, hello Dad"
"We have already ate, but there's some food in the fridge if you haven't"
"Thanks Mum"
"You welcome honey"
Tommy grabs the plastic wrapped plate from the fridge, and heads up to his office. Placing the plate down on the desk, he turns on his PC, and starts to get into his streaming persona.
Preparing for his streams is something he has grown accustomed to, and now he does it instinctively.
Finishing up his food he gets everything set up so all he has to do is click the 'Go Live' button.
Today is a causal stream, recently he found himself watching a game called 'UnPacking' So he went ahead and purchased the game to play when he feels like playing a calm game. Today just happens to be the day he is playing it.
Clicking the 'Go Live' button his persona shifts and he starts getting into his groove, greeting people, reading chat, explaining what's going to happen today, etc..
It turns out this game was perfect for his mood, he started to associate the pig with the main character, and it just hit him right in the feels.
By the time he is done, all Tommy wants to do is sit in a call with the Business boys, but that plan is sidetracked when he receives an incoming call from Tubbo.
"Heyyy what's up big man!"
"Nothing much Tommy, just wanted to say your stream was amazing!"
"Thanks Boss Man!"
"You're welcome Tommy, anyways I have to go, talk to you later, bye!"
"Bye Tubbo"
Once Tubbo leaves the call Tommy goes to the Business Bay group and starts a call.

Time flew by, a month has passed and Tommy has packed his whole room up, or the essentials. Tomorrow Tommy is going to board a plane with Wisp and fly out to LA and meet up with Luke, Bitzel, and Deo.
The others know about Tommy's dream to start a clothing brand, and they are willing to help him, and work with him to achieve his dream.
Finishing his stream he turns off his PC and unplugs it, putting it into a suitcase, and packing the remaining items into the bag.
Flopping on his bed, Tommy still can't believe that in less than 24 hours he will be in LA, and moving in with some of his closest friends. It still feels surreal to him.
Laying there he pulls out his phone, and opens pinterest, going to his clothing design board. The board has been shared with the others, and it's really just become their idea board.
He has created multiple sketches of the clothing designs, and has shown them to the others gaining advice, and approval. He really can't believe it, his dream is so close to being reachable.
His parents already know about what he is going to do, and support him wholeheartedly.
He doesn't think that his life could get any better
