Fang stepped over and kissed Lucius on his temple. "Hi Dearie! What do you have here?" He smiled and then picked up Wolfy. Lucius reached for Pete who gave him his hand. The two of them watched Fang examine Wolfy.
"Well, she's a Keeshond. Also, she's pregnant," Fang announced. "And Blackbeard hates pets."
"I'm sorry, what?" Lucius stammered.
Pete said, "Blackbeard hates–"
"No, I know that! What was the first thing you said, Fang?"
