    Blackbeard walks him out onto the main deck, and Izzy’s fear grows with every step on his hands and knees he takes forward. He’s completely exposed, unclothed except for the dog collar around his throat, and being led to a public area. Blackbeard calls for the rest of the crew to come to the deck, and stands in front of them as they gather.

    “This is now the ship’s dog,” Blackbeard says to the crewmates. “It’ll still relay my orders, but when you’re not doing anything, do whatever you want to it. It’s free to use, anywhere and in whatever way.”
