Work Text:

Cosmo Bug glided in the moonlight, she was patrolling alone tonight, insisting her partner should stay home and rest. He had been nothing but helpful, Always tasking out of his time to assist her.

A loud noise distracted her as she was passing over an alleyway. Landing on the rooftop, she stared down into the darkness carefully, hoping to catch a glimpse of the cause of such fuss, hoping for it be as simple as a stray cat.

But, no. There was a person in a black hookie staring up at her.

“Oh, Adrien.” She squealed, as she saw the hooded man revealed.

“Cosmobug, fancy seeing you around!” He laughed nervously, voising words of surprise in a high pitched tone.

“What are you doing out so late, citizen?” She landed in front of him, giving him a helping hand.

“I was taking a walk, home is overwhelming.” Sheepishly, he rubbed the side of his neck.

“Is that so, Adrien? Or should I say Felix!” She narrowed her eyes, staring right into him.

“I’m Adrien, promise!” He held his hands up defensively.

She looked at him for a bit, trying to catch signs of doubt, some signals not to trust him.

“Ok, then, Adrien, let’s get you back home, it’s late.” She let put a sigh, holding out her hand.

“Let me stay with you for a while? I really don’t want to back home.” He hiccuped, and looked down at the ground, a frown deepening on his face.

“Ok then, you can join me om patrol.” He looked up at her in awe, nodding his head agreeing.

They sat on the rooftop, she decided to stay on ground until Adrien returns home.

“The moon’s pretty, don’t you think?” Adrien said wistfully, smiling at her.

Her heart warmed, and cheeks reddened, she nodded with a soft smile, before looking at the bright moon above them. He seemed to be as distracted as she trippe on thin air. She held him up quickly, He wrapped his arms around her neck. A waft of his brath reached her nose.

The heroine frowned, pulling him closer, smelling his breath. “Are you drunk, Adrien?”

“No, no, just had a glass or two.” He groaned, resting his head on her shoulder.

“Ok, let’s take you home, Sunshine.” She sighed, as she tightened her grip on him, she took off into the rooftops, before she started to glide over them.

“Ooh, we’re flying.” He smiled, as he looked down, spreading out his arm.

“Hey, hold on me!” The bug cried, as she held him tighter, without losing balance.

“Sorry, it feels great up here.” He sighed, taking a deep breath in.

“It does.” She hummed, as she zipped into his open window, landing softly on the floor.

Ladybug carried him to his bed, and lied him down. The blond took no time to cuddle his sheets, she smiled at him, before turning around and preparing herself to leave before she heard a bottle open. She glanced over her shoulder, and saw him with a dark bottle.

“Adrien, not good for you!” She gasped, going back to take it away from him, he whined, frowning at the loss of the bottle.

“Don’t tell me what to do, my father does that enough. Let me be freeee.” Adrien let out another hiccup, as he sat up straight, looking for the bottle, with a pleadling look Ladybug’s way.

She sighed, but gave back the bottle, as she watched him take more gulps. She decided to set on the edge of his bed, calling off the power up, to be the reguler Ladybug again.

“I’ll stay until you sleep then, if that’s ok with you.” Softly she told him, looking for any sign of discomfort on his side.

“That would be amazing.” He hummed in response. “Would you like a drink?”

“I’m fine, I can’t get drunk in case of emergency, too.” She politely declined.

“That must be stressful as heck, is it not?” He laughed, looking out the window.

“You can say so, but it’s an honour to be able to protect my city.” Ladybug nervously said, fidgeting with her fingers.

He chuckled, pushing the bottle to her hands, arguing her to hold it. “Some won’t hurt, right, Ladybug?”

She shook her head, thanking him for the offer, pushing the bottle back to him.

“Come on, this is good stuff my dad kept away, I’m sure they are rare. A sip won’t be so bad.” He argued. She looked at him unsure, glancing to the bottle then him, then the bottle.

A moment later, there she sat to his right, sipping from the bottle shyly, starting to giggle eventually with him laughing.

“This is good stuff, you weren’t lying.” She stuttered, hiccuping.

“Told you.” He took the bottle from her hand, taking a sip, before giving her back. She giggled, pushing her bangs back.

“Did we just kiss?”  She tiled her head, looking at the wine bottle. “Indirectly I mean.”

He laughed. “That’s wild.”

She laughed, bending onwards, gripping her belly. “I can’t believe I kissed you. TThis has been my dream forever.”

“Same. now , that’s wild.” His eyes widened, lifting his hands to touch his lips.

“Maybe we should do it again.” He told her, scooting closer.

“That sounds mouthful .” She winked, before giggling at her own joke.

He also laughed. “I would like to find out, would you?”

“Yes, please, love of my life.” She giggled, wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing the corner of his lips in a failed attempt, He giggled, kissing her nose before pressing his lips to hers, pushing her down on the bed.

She hummed, pressing upwards to his lips. They kissed for a few seconds, before pulling away, flushed, saliva sticking out of the corner of their lips, their lips glistening with it. They took deep breaths, looking at each other intensely before breaking into a fit of giggles.

“That was a whole lot of a matter.” He winked, licking his lips, while she bit hers.

She giggled, standing up. “Do you want to go out for a run? It sounds fun!”

“No, let’s stay here, and kiss more.” He smiled dreamily, and she giggled.

“Later, I don’t wanna stay still.” She started to jump up and down the bed.

He laughed, holding his stomach.

“Come on, join me! L- Let’s play music too! And maybe dance, too!” She clapped her hands together in enthusiasm.

He went to his desk, turning on his phone to play music. Before she landed by him, took his arms and started to move him along her with the beat.
