Chapter Text

Alex had to admit it; Morgan made an adorable werewolf.

Chocolate brown and twice the size of a jungle cat, Morgan had gotten the jump on them solely because Colin Firth had just gotten out of the lake when they attacked.

And Alex had always struggled to pay attention to things when Colin Firth was involved.

Still, losing his jugular to Morgan was fine. They looked so confused when Alex just laughed and pushed them off.

“Come on, Morgan,” Alex said, patting the spot beside them, “you need a break from work anyway.”

Morgan growled and tried to jump Alex again, but was easily caught out of the air.

“I will snuggle you like you are a spoiled Pomeranian, Morgan,” Alex chastised lightheartedly, holding Morgan in their lap. “Now calm down and watch Pride and Prejudice with me.”

Morgan whined and scrambled off of Alex’s lap, tail between their legs, and actually got comfortable on the couch.

Alex allowed it to happen, watching as Morgan looked like a guilty puppy.

Morgan rested their head on their paws, and Alex reached out and scratched behind their ear.

“Good boy, Morgan,” Alex said, smiling at their husband.

Morgan just let out a happy whine.
