Four and the others had been thoroughly enjoying their time in Wind's Hyrule, And for once Time had actually removed his armour for anything other than sleeping.
Everyone was relaxed. even Legend despite his best efforts had fallen for the lull of the island paradise and was now sunbathing on the beach.
So when the portal appeared it caught everyone by surprise and pulled them in without warning, Or to be more specific it pulled Four in and left the others in a panic.
"Four!" The yells of his brothers were the last thing he heard before the darkness of the portal enveloped him.

Link still felt bad about leaving Zelda in Hateno, though she was an amazing friend Link knew he wasn't the same boy who had been her loyal knight and Zel had understood when he explained that, he wanted to continue his adventures across Hyrule and she had let him as long as he kept in touch via the new mail system.
Despite his guilt from leaving her behind Link had fallen back on his old routine from before beating Gannon; finding shrines, playing with the koroks and children, Clearing the roads of monsters, And watching teens fall out of thin air? Wait that's new, and he's in a monster camp, ah just another day in hyrule.
Link sprints at the two red bokoblins nearest the unconscious teen equipping a knight's broad sword and using a charged spin attack vaporizing the monsters in three rotations.
He was worried that the kid wasn't stable so he checked them for any wounds, after activating Daruk's protection so the silver archer couldn't kill him from behind, once he was sure the teen wasn't dying anytime in the near future Link drew his knight's bow and knocked a shock arrow firing it at the archer.
Once the archer was stunned he ran full speed towards the tower, drawing his sword once again and successfully decapitating it before it even hit the ground.

'Ugh my head' Four had awoken to a pounding in his head. 'Yeah no shit man, also the other three are still conked out.' Four rolled his eyes at Blue's comment, he was grateful that he and the others could go back into the mind space* at any time but he really didn't want to be stuck up front with only Blue for company.
( I have a friend with DID so I'm basing Four and the colours when they're fused off of what I know from second hand experience, my friend has mentioned a place where they or any of their alters go when they aren't fronting. Don't take what I say as fact I have no idea how it actually works and I mean no offense if its wrong. )
Luckily the goddesses must have heard his pleas as once he opened his eyes he saw a stranger sitting next to a cook pot nearby. He sat up fearing the worst, Blue had retreated into the mind space so he was alone in his head for now meaning he couldn't split if it was needed.
He must have made a rustling noise when he sat up because the stranger had turned towards him, their eyes were electric blue and despite the obvious scars across his left he seemed to be very agile.
Four blinked in surprise when he was offered food from the stranger, even with basic stranger danger he was absolutely starving,(it had been Hyrule's turn to cook last night and he skipped in favour of an apple. ) so despite his better judgement he accepted the food.
"thank you." He said with sincerity.
The stranger tilted their head at that, were they not used to being thanked? Before his thoughts could spiral the stranger said something while waving his hand like Twilight sometimes did.
"həˈlō! är yo͞o ōk?"
'Ah that explains it, he doesn't speak Hylain does he.'
Four shook his head in surprise at Vio's comment, not knowing Hylain? But the stranger is a Hylain, maybe a different dialect like Wind?
He tried again, " Hello! Do you know where I am?"
The stranger blinked a few times before responding. "(h)wət?"
'So no, okay how do we tell him our name?' Blue thought.
'Simple, just point at ourself and say "Four".' Vio answered.
So that's what Four did, gesturing vaguely at himself and repeating his name.

"Quartus."
Link turned around to look at the teen. "Quartus" they repeated pointing to themself.
'could this be their name?' Link thought it was reasonable since the kid was gesturing at themself.
"Quartus" Link said pointing at Quartus, then "Link" pointing to himself.

Four was screaming internally at the strangers introduction, once again Hylia had given them a new brother to add to the collection, Because of course if he was saved by someone they just happen to be a Link.
The two had 'talked' for a bit and Link had gotten his intentions across well enough, Four was currently sitting behind him on a horse as the newest hero took him to a village.
It was only about an hour of riding before they reached a small house on the outskirts of the village, Four took a peek at the sign by the door and tried to read it the only word he could make out though was Link's so he assumed this was the hero's house.
