"Be sure to get plenty of rest and light excersize, and try not to lift anything heavier than 10 pounds preventing another rupture on your wound again, Sir Rahman. Oh and also here take this, drink them 2 times each week for a whole month as well, and if things goes south then give me a call & I'll be there"
"Ha hah, will do. Thank you again, Doc"
"Don't mention it. It wasn't that drastic this time, so you shouldn't worry about it for now"
An old man in his 50s slowly stood off the bed, smiling at the doctor as another man in his 20s helped Sir Rahman off the bed & smiled at the doctor beside them, before waving goodbye at the white-haired doctor who waves back at them, before walking right back to the room with a sigh as if he was holding his breath earlier
His eyes looks over the clock on the wall next to the calender and chuckled, tugging his mask down for a breather
"My shift should be finished in the next hour, then I can picked up Nari from his work" the doctor mumbled to himself, chuckling once more
"Hoped he won't be mad if I'm late to pick him up this time"
The Doctor hummed after he said that, eyeing back at the tools on the table, slowly picking them up one by one as he slowly and carefully clean each one that were used before setting them back up carefully over the shelf above him, carefully placing each of the tools in chronical order before closing the shelf and taking off his gloves and washes his hands right after, and leaves the room once he washed and cleaned, as well placing back the gloves where it was before leaving room unlit as he leaves the room, getting ready to pick up a certain Fox partner of his from their work.

As he walks out of the room and was about to pack his things up and changed to better clothes in his locker room. He blinks when in the corner of his eye he spotted a girl laying down amongst cold metal seats, hugging herself for warmth as he looked left, then right as the halls were empty only leaving some lights up still as he was the last one there
So to see a girl laying there, hugging herself on the cold seats makes the doctor a bit worried but also wary of the girl
He looked at his left and right again, before slowly and carefully approaching the little girl, hoping not to startle her
Once he was close and get a better close look of her, he can see that the girl has light green hair that looks messy for wear, shorts with patches as if it was stitched on last minute as there was still some holes in some corners of the shorts, a oversized jacket over her as if it was either found by her or left there from someone
The doctor but his lip and takes a deep breath in the out, as he slowly reach over to place his hand over the girl's head but hesitated slightly as if his mind was stopping him mid action before he left out a sigh, that somehow loud enough to spooked the little girl in front of him
The girl's eyes shot open as she heard a sigh coming from behind, the girl slowly looks back as her magenta eyes was met with red ruby coloured eyes, piercing onto her as she sat up and clutches herself, shielding herself from the cold and now the stranger in front of her
"W-What you want? I-I have nothing t-t-to offer!" She shouts, hiding her face over the oversized jacket that she was using earlier as a blanket when she was resting
"Where's your parents, little kid?" Was what the stranger infront of her asked as his deep voice only tensed her up, even his gaze seems to only make the little girl quiver and corner herself even more, shivering through the cold wind of the halls she's in
"...I-I don't any" she answered back a few moments after, hiding her face even more to avoid the stranger's piercing gaze on her
The stranger or well Doctor sighs when he noticed how tense the little girl infront of him, as he tapped his chin with a hum
If I were Nari what should I do to make this kid less tense.... Ah I know! A grin plastered to his face as the little girl only gulps when she saw the grin
As the Doctor eyed the little girl, he calmly clears his throat before he spoke in a soft but playful tone
"Do you know why your heart, liver and lungs all fit into your body?" He asked, waiting for a response from the child as she only peeked up to him with eyes mirroring a confused look at her face, blinking once then twice before tilting her head to the side
"W-Why?"
The Doctor smiled as he spoke once more "Well it's because they're all well organised!" He finishes with a smile on his face, eyeing over the girl who only blinks at him, still looking confused as before
The smile on his face falters as the girl gave him no response but only a confused look as he clears his throat once more at her
"Get it?... You know... Because... Your heart.." he points at his chest where the heart should be "Liver" he points over the side of his waist "And lungs" he then placed both hands over his chest to where the lungs should be "Are organised in one body! So it fits 3 in one body, see? And it's also well organised as both your lungs and heart is on top while your liver is on the bottom, tucked in nicely with your Organs than holds out the stomach, so it's well organised!" He explained slowly at her with a small grin on his face
"Now do you get it?" He asked once more to the little girl
The little girl blinks at him before shaking her head, eyeing him with confusion filling her eyes, shoulders less tense than before but still wary of his presence
The doctor sighs when the little girl didn't get the joke he'd make, but notices that she was less tense then earlier makes him smile before he speaks up again
"Well I'm about to go pick up my partner right now. But do you not have anyone that can get you home?" He asked her, giving her a more calmer look on his face, hoping she'll get less tensed when he asked the question
The girl only shakes her head and hugged her knees, mumbling to herself slightly
"Hhmm? What's that?" He asked
"N-Nothing" she answers, hiding back her face as the Doctor hummed with a sigh, wondering if there's a way to know if she was just left here or she got here for a certain occasion, or did she got here by her own? The Doctor has no idea yet of why she's here
"I see... Hhmm.." The Doctor hummed as he eyed the clock over the receptionist desk and noticed it was almost reaching midnight, and a certain fox should be done working by now and is probably waiting to be picked up at this hour
The Doctor bit his lip before eyeing back the little girl again, who looks back at him when he looked at her
"Well... Hhmm... Have... Have you eaten dinner yet? If you haven't I can drive you to a nearby restaurant and we can buy you something to eat perhaps?" He asked gently as the little girl yelped when her stomach growls and she hid her face on her knees right after
The doctor blinked and smiled a bit as he spoke
"Guess your stomach has spoken, I see. So shall we go? Staying here is not really a good place to rest, plus the cold of the air conditioner is never good for the body of a child like you" he advised with a smile at her when he offer his hand to her
The girl looked at his hand then back at him, contemplating as her eyes looks more wary than before but there's a small sense of uncertainty and hope, but she just stays there, stiffen and don't know what to do next before the Doctor spoked up once more when the air growing tense and more quiet around them
"Oh, also you may call me Cyno. And you are?" He asked, grinning slightly at her, feeling slightly ashamed that he forgot to introduced himself before to this little girl
The girl blinked as she opened her mouth and said "C-C-Collei.... Collei's my name..." She said quietly, but not to quiet for The Doctor, Cyno to hear her name clearly.
Cyno smiles softly at her as he spoke
"Well Collei, how about I get you something to eat and maybe you can tell me how did you get here, okay? You must be hungry at this hour right?"
Collei blinked then nods as she looked back at his hand before slowly reaching her hand over to his and hold it slowly, as Cyno helped her off the chair carefully and onto the cold floors of the Hospital she's in
Collei clutched onto her oversized jacket, holding it tight with one hand while the other is holding Cyno's hand as her feet shuffles a bit, sniffling still over the cold she was feeling after resting on the metal seats earlier
Cyno looked at her and tapped his chin a bit, thinking slightly
"Maybe we should buy you something warm as well for you to wear, your clothes looks like it has lose it's wears there, kiddo" he told Collei softly as Collei looked at him with a frown, eyes filled with guilt
"B-But, do I n-need too? My clothes s-seems fine... I.. I don't need a new one, p-plus I don't have any money to buy a new one..." She mumbled quietly the last few lines she spoke as Cyno crouch down to her level and chuckled
"Don't worry, Kid. I'm buying it for you, you looked you really need better clothes" "But--" "Don't worry, Collei, you don't need to feel bad. I'm buying them for you because you seemed like you needed one, okay?" He said again, reassuring her slightly as Collei open her mouth to speak but nothing comes out, so she sighs and nods
Cyno smiled as he stood up and hold his hand over to her for her to hold onto, which she holds on slowly before he walked her over with him towards where the parking lot should be as there were 2-4 ambulance stationed there as the only cars left parked there was Cyno's
As they reached his car, Cyno pulled out his keys from his pockets and clicked the lower button of the key to open the front seats door as Collei gulped and eyed Cyno as he only nods at her and helped get into the front seat slowly and carefully, as Cyno carefully fasten her seatbelts once she sat on the front seat of the car, and as he was about to close the door for her, he noticed he hasn't changed his surgeon clothes to his normal ones
Cyno chuckled "Almost forgot, I haven't changed out my attire yet" he then looked at Collei, crouching down to her level "Collei, you wouldn't mind waiting here for a moment? I just need to quickly changed my attire and then we'll get you something to eat, okay?" He said with a small but reassuring smile, and a look telling her that he'll be back soon
Collei bit her lip a bit before giving him a small nod, and Cyno smiles and was about to pat her head, Collei flinched away and Cyno mouthed a 'Sorry' at her before standing back up, and leaving the window opened slightly for Collei before he closed the door and quickly walks back to where he was going earlier before he met/saw Collei
As Cyno left, Collei blinked and looked around her new surroundings, wandering what the buttons the car do, but too afraid that she'll cause some unwanted trouble for Cyno, so she stayed and fiddle around with her fingers until Cyno comes back
It wasn't long before Cyno walks back to the car with his normal outfit on, and his hair tied back to a slick ponytail, glasses resting over his nose as he walks back to his car to find Collei is fast asleep by the looks of her head leaning over the slightly open window
Cyno chuckled and slowly walks his way to the driver's seat, and carefully climb his way into the car and closes the door gently, not to disturb Collei's sleep as he starts up the engine of the car which awoken Collei up slightly with a squeak and a groan
"Ah, sorry about that. You can continue sleeping if you need, Collei. I'll wake you up when we get to the restaurant, okay?" He said reassuringly as Collei looked at him then yawned slightly before aying her head over the side of the window again, drifting herself slowly to sleep again
Cyno hummed as he carefully reached over to closed the windows up then turn the AC to 1 just to keep her from overheating, as well keeping Collei less cold than earlier in the Hospital
Cyno grabbed his phone after he starts up the engine of his car and eyed the 5-10 unread texts he just got recently and all are from his fox partner
Cyno sighs as he placed his phone on his lap, slowly backing his car up before slowly driving out of the hospital and into a small restaurant that are few blocks away from where he works, hoping it's still open at this hour so he might order a quick take-out for Collei to eat.

Tighnari eyed his watch as he looked up on his left then right once more, tapping his foot impatiently as his hands are on his hips, waiting for a certain someone to pick him up as his tail flicked from side to side
Where is he? Did... Did he take double tonight? Surely he didn't get double overtime today right? It's Friday for Archons' sake! Tighnari bit the inside of his cheeks as he looked at his watch again and then look up at the road, wondering where could that certain person be
'WOOF!'
Tighnari's ear twitched as a bark caught his attention and he chuckled at who's barking at him
"I know, Karkata. Any minute now, he should be here" he said calmly to the dog beside him who only wags it's tail when it got a pat on the head by it's owner
Tighnari took one deep breath in, the out as he pull out his phone and began texting, hoping to know what's taking his partner soo long to pick him up from work this time

Tighnari: Love, where are you?
Tighnari: They didn't give you double shifts tonight right?
Tighnari: Also Karkata misses you too btw
He smiled at the text, before putting it back on his pocket as he waits a little more longer for his partner with his dog, Karkata right beside him, sitting down waiting as well
Few hours had passed and midnight's hitting close by when Tighnari checked his watch again and sighs, picking his phone back up again and began texting once more
Tighnari: Cyno, seriously where are you?
Tighnari: Also why haven't you answer me yet?
He then looked over the road, seeing no sign of a familiar car for him to regonized he then looks back at his phone and goes back to texting his partner again, hoping for a reply from him as the cold night wind pass through him, making his shiver slightly by his coat
As Karkata eyes up to him, and rubbed his head over Tighnari's feet, trying to get his attention as well trying to slightly warm him up when Karkata sees his owner shivering slightly
Tighnari blinked and smiled at Karkata as he gave him another pat on the head before looking back at his phone again
Tighnari: Cyno?
Tighnari: Hello???
Tighnari: Earth to Cyno? Are you there?
Tighnari: Please answer my texts qnq
Tighnari: Cyno?
Tighnari sighs as he eyed the call button, bitting his lip a bit as he thinks maybe calling Cyno would be a good idea to do if he's not answering his texts yet
So as Tighnari was about to press the call button, a message popped on his screen and it's from Cyno
Tighnari smiled as he finally got a reply back from Cyno, but his smile didn't last long as his eyebrows furrowed to a confused look at the text he got from Cyno
Cyno: Sorry just saw your texts now, Nari. I was driving earlier, didn't get to respond to your text even!
Cyno: Oh also Nari, is fried rice okay for a kid who just woke up from a nap and feeling super cold? Or should I get her some miso soup instead?
Tighnari blinked once, then twice, the thrice as he tried to understand the text he got from Cyno, only to feel even more confused
Further more he's even more confused on how or why Cyno has a child with him right now, or even where he get them from, which raises Tighnari's suspicion as he began typing out his reply to Cyno
Tighnari: Cyno
Tighnari: Am I... Reading this right?
Tighnari: You have... A... A child with you? And you're asking me if either a fried rice or miso soup is a better meal for the child?
Cyno: Yes
Tighnari: Cyno...
Tighnari: Where did you get/found the child from?
Tighnari: You didn't just napped a child, did you?
Cyno: What? No!
Cyno: I actually found her when I finished my shift, she was sleeping by herself on the metal seats in the waiting area
Cyno: I was confused when I found her there, even asked if she has any parents or anyone to get her, and she says she has none
Cyno: So now I'm ordering take-outs for her to eat, because she seems to have not eaten dinner yet.
Cyno: I might also need to buy her new clothes, her clothes looks messy for wear Nari
Tighnari sighed and stared at the replies he gotten from Cyno and wonder why was the girl in a hospital Cyno works on
And how even she got there to begin with, further more he wonders if the kid that's with Cyno right now are okay with dogs as well, as he eyed Karkata & Karkata looked at him back with a smile and a tongue sticking out of his mouth, wagging his tail slightly
Tighnari smiled back and continue texting back to his partner for a couple minutes, before the next few hours Tighnari's ear twitched when he saw a car driving through his way
A smile was plastered on his face when he saw it driving over to him, feeling relief to finally see the familiar car, and a familiar man walking out of the car to him
Tighnari smiled and placed his hands on his hips as he watched the man with white hair walks up to him
"Took you long enough" Says Tighnari
The man chuckled "Sorry, I was buying some clothes and food for the kid I found at my hospital" he said with a embarrassed smile whilst rubbing the back of his neck
Tighnari give him a stare, a stare that tells him if he does this again, there's a chance that Tighnari might decided to instead come by his work and drag him home by himself if he have to even, to which Cyno eyed elsewhere before he was greeted by a bouncing big pup, licking the side of his face happily causing Cyno to fall at the sudden greeting from a big Saint Bernard dog who's wagging it's tail at his presence
"He heh, hey there Karkata. Miss me much huh?"
The dog only barks at his question before a hand was offer to him, helping him back up to his feet, as Tighnari chuckled
"Indeed he was, we were waiting for you for Soo long, you know!" Tighnari reminded him, as he tapped his finger at Cyno's nose which makes Cyno grins and chuckle at him
"I know... I'm sorry, I'll try not to be late too pick you up, next time okay?" He said as he holds Tighnari's hands close to his chest
Tighnari's cheeks heats up slightly as his hand was held and placed over his boyfriend's chest, feeling the best of his heart making Tighnari heats up even more as he shakes his head and smiled back at Cyno
"Well I guess, I forgive you this time since you were busy with something" as Tighnari said that, he looked over to Cyno's car and saw a glimpse of a little girl peeking over to see what the two of them were doing before slowly hiding herself back to the car when she was spotted
Cyno looked over where Tighnari was looking and chuckled
"Guess Collei was curious to see you, My Padisarah" Says Cyno who smiled at Tighnari who seems to be eyeing at where "Collei" his before looking back at Cyno
"Soo... That's her name?" He asked and Cyno nods
"I see... Uumm, Cyno?" "Yes, Nari?" "You sure she doesn't have a home to go?" Tighnari asked, whispering almost as he noticed the little girl, Collei is peeking over the window to look at them again, eyes filled with wariness and caution at the sight of Tighnari & Karkata with him
Cyno blinked then nods at Tighnari's question
"Yes, I've already told you in text about it right? I just... Don't know if I should left her alone in the middle of the night or anywhere in the hospital alone, Nari" Cyno reasoned, as he also whispered back his answers as the look Tighnari gives him, is the look of confusion and worry mixed together in one
Tighnari sighs softly then looked back to where Collei was peeking out, which she hid again when he sees her
Tighnari's ears flattened slightly as he looks back at Cyno
"Well... You know we don't have enough room even at our house, if you even Are planning to get her there, Cyno. You know that, right?"
This time Cyno is the one who sighs then nods after
"I know... But where else should we leave her on, Love?" He asked "It's already midnight and I doubt some of our friends are awake at this hour either" and added as he glances over Tighnari's watch as it's already 2:35 AM and tomorrow both still have work to do
Tighnari bit his lip, looking over to Cyno's car on where Collei was once again looking out of the window from to watch them, and his once more if spotted, before looking back at Cyno then look down, confused on where now he & Cyno should left this little girl to
Both didn't seemed to want to left her by her own in the middle of the night or even had the reason to call/message any of their friends at this hour for help
Tighnari sighs, as Karkata rubbed it's head over his feet and he gave him a small smile before looking up at Cyno
"Well... I suppose she can stay overnight..." Cyno seems to smile at that response "But... Hhmm.. I guess one of us can sleep on the couch just to give her a room to at least rest for night" he finishes "Would that be alright?" He asked as if his mind are made his desicions up to let this little girl stayed with them for the night untill they find why did the girl go to the hospital Cyno work on for, and how even she got there as well.
Cyno nods at the suggestion Tighnari made as he said "I'll take the couch tonight, I think... Collei deserves a comfort bed than any metal seats"
Tighnari smiled when Cyno agrees with the suggestion but also feels a bit bad that he had to sleep at the couch, seeing the expression Tighnari was making Cyno placed his hand over his cheeks rubbing circles with his thumb as to calm the nerves of his fox partner
"Hey... It's just for the night, I'm sure we'll maybe find a way to get her own room, or at least get her a home, okay?" He reasoned and Tighnari nods, smilling even more calmly than before as Cyno then pull him even much closer, inches for the lips to crash one another, making Tighnari's cheeks flushed at the sudden action
"You really looked beautiful tonight, My Padisarah" Cyno whispered over his ear, making Tighnari flushed redder and redder by the second as he playfully nudge Cyno's shoulder with a laugh
"Cyno... What's with the gentleman act now, huh? You know I'm still upset with you picking me up late!" Tighnari says with a pout. A pout that eventhough he's trying to look upset at him, Cyno only finds it quiet adorable and only smiles even more at Tighnari and before even Tighnari even says another word after, Cyno was already pulling him for a kiss as an apology for picking him up late tonight
Tighnari was taken back by the kiss, but didn't pushed away as he only smiled under the kiss, and kisses Cyno back, hoping to prolonged it but before he even wanted to keep it further, Cyno pulls away & stare at him with the softest gaze Tighnari ever seen on his eyes
Tighnari mirrors his look with a soft smile before Cyno let out a low but small laugh
"We really going to adopt a child before we are married, are we?" He asked randomly to which Tighnari giggled at his question
"Says the one who found a child at his hospital! You big Lummox!" Tighnari teased with a chuckle
"Well didn't you once told me before that life goes out of order?" "Yeahhhh?" "Well... If you are comfortable, maybe if... We don't find anywhere for her to live... Is it okay to--" "Yes" "Huh?"
Cyno's eyes widened at what he just heard Tighnari says
Tighnari sees this and giggled at how Cyno looks right now
"I said yes... We can adopt her if... If she's comfortable with us taking her in"
Hearing that Cyno pulled Tighnari to a one big hug followed by Karkata jumping behind Tighnari to join the hug, making Tighnari almost lose his balance but caught right on time by Cyno who smiled back at him
Tighnari's could feel his cheeks heats up and his tail wagging furiously as he put a hand over Karkata's head and petted the dog's head who barked happily at him
"Well Nari, my love. Shall we go home?" Cyno asked with a bow and a hand offered to him
Tighnari laughs at how much of a gentleman Cyno is being right now and nods, taking Cyno's hand with his
"We shall"
"S-Sooo... Do I have to call you both my D-Dads now?"
"Only if you feel comfortable to call us that, okay Collei? You can call me and Cyno by our names if that's more easier & comfortable for you"
"Oh O-Okay, Mr. Tighnari!"
