   Summary

   Set in the mid 1990s, this story continues where "Burns To Smithereens" left off in following the relationship between Montgomery Burns and his assistant, Waylon Smithers. While Mr. Burns has come to terms with his bisexuality, he still struggles with internalized homophobia and his inability to communicate his feelings. Between the publicity of his relationship with Smithers and the unresolved romantic history with his friend Nigel, he has his share of emotional turmoil and longs for a chance to relive the Roaring 20s. Smithers convinces him to host an old-fashioned shindig, and it's amongst the glamor and liquor that he's reminded that his newfound enemy, Michael De Graaf, is still out for blood.
