Summary
Elizabeth Pavlov Dryden is the only child of a well-off family living in Victorian era London. Her father works as a businessman and must make frequent trips overseas. As a result of his absences however, Elizabeth is left home alone with only her mother and the maids for company. Naturally, this can only result in one thing. Unfinished schoolwork, stolen treats, everything a lonely girl can think of to get into mischief.
