Summary
A year after Rose's death, there is Julie. Julie who cannot sing, who has no music, who cannot find it within herself to try despite everyone around her urging her to do so. Except then Flynn introduces her to something called 'Soulnote', which pairs you up with your musical soulmate(s). After so long, Julie doesn't think anything will really help, but she's willing to try. It's through Soulnote she meets Reggie and Luke and Alex, and finds herself remembering just what it means to have music in your life.
Things aren't that simple, however; and everyone has something they're running from. Even if Julie has music back in her life, that doesn't mean everything is perfect.
This is a story about finding music, finding family, and the long road that stretches ahead of you--and how sometimes it's about the journey and the destination.
