Summary
Once Shikamaru's strange ability to conjure shadows becomes apparent to his parents, he is sent to a school like no other where his peers are "gifted" just like himself. Only, he was the only one who didn't have complete control of his gift and as he grew, the shadows grew alongside him. With the help of his classmates and the institute's teachers, Shikamaru must find a way to take control of the dark gift before it seeps past the academy's gates and threatens the outside world.
