Tommy had always admired techno as a child; he thought his older brother was cool.
When he fell and scraped his knee, Techno was the only one home to repair it.
And when Techno had playfights with him and helped him get out of a tree he was stuck in, he used to think he was cool and wanted to be like him, but now he thinks we were looking through rose-colored glasses.
Tommy stands there, watching as the firework rips through Tubbo's organs.
The firework that Techno had launched was aimed at him.
This older brother had intended to shoot Tommy, as had his brother; the brother he admired was attempting to kill Tommy.
Techno was the monster who had already killed his best friend once.
Techno assassinated Tubbo twice.
He rushes to Tubbo, ignoring the pain in his chest as he kneels in front of Tubbo's body.
His body feels like it is on fire as he grabs Tubbo's body and drags him out of the rubble while sobbing.
He notices Techno staring at him, as well as Phil.
He despises them.
How could his family do something like this?
Why, why, why would they do something like this?
He barely drags Tubbo's body a few feet before collapsing.
He had known was affected by the wither, but at the very least he knew he would die alongside his friend.
With his family watching him collapse, he feels compelled to be petty.
He wants them to feel the pain he feels. He wants them to regret this; he wants revenge.
He wants to no longer admire Techno or his father, but at the same time he wants to yell at them and beg them to help him.
But they’re the reason this chaos has happened; they’re the reason he’s dying.
As the wither harmed his organs and slowly killed him, something resembling guilt formed in his mind.
He is furious—furious for Tubbo's sake.
He sobs in agony and bereavement; the agony is excruciating, but the loss of his friends is even more painful.
He sits up with his remaining strength and looks at his family, who look back.
He is betting he is already dead.
His veins on his hands and arms were dark, and dirt covered his face.
He just stares; he says nothing, shifting Tubbo's head into his lap while still staring at his family.
Suddenly, his rage has turned to despair.
He can’t do this anymore
He just wants to cry, but that's what he’s been doing all day.
But he just has this melancholy feeling
Sometimes he wishes he could freeze the picture
And save it from the funny twists of time.
That, however, is not possible.
“Techno”
They make eye contact as he says his name,but he gets no response, so he repeats his name again.
“Techno”
No response
His whole body hurts
He feels like he’s on fire, just without the flames
“Technoblade,I will never forgive you.”
It Hurts
“Dad, it hurts.”
phil doesn’t reply
“I hate you; I hate all of you.”
My voice is just above a whisper.
My body feels heavy
“I’m tired”
He lays back on the ground, looking at the sky.
It hurts to breath
Everything hurts and tommy’s so tired
He realizes that the tiredness is him dying, but he feels that would be an escape from the hell that is the SMP.
